Currently we can only set a minimum date, maximum is always today. However it would be very useful if we could set a minimum and maximum date. Basically, if you filter by "current year" or "all time" and sort by downloads or endorsements, you're going to get the huge, revolutionary mods, or the "staple" mods that everyone knows about. But the top mods of any given month / few weeks are often those nice little "gems." For example the top mod this month in Skyrim is currently Missives, a nice looking mod that adds a bunch of radiant quests. There's no way I'll remember about that in a few months when I want to play next. But if I could hop back through time and look at the top mods of each month, it would be a great way to find those little "gems."
