I can't find it either but is has to exist somewhere or LOOT wouldn't be asking me to install it after checking my load order ect. Unless the author of what ever mod it is or comes from/with deleted it from NEXUS. If the author hid the mod there would be a message upon search stating that. I'll keep looking cause I'm stubborn. If I find I'll post a link directly to the site page it is on. Plus I'll repost this comment on the Mages Sky House nexus mod page found here: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/35097?tab=files It worked fine installed using Vortex. LOOT after sorting my load order removed the install this message after instillation. Hope this helps everyone who gets the same message for the HTSClight.esp.
