How do I clean them lol? I run tes5 but Im not sure how to clean them :3

When I run tes5edit nothing pops up. Only the black names saying the name of the mods. Is there a window that holds the conflicts, or any way of seeing what conflicts with what and such?

Also when I close out skyrim after tabbing out, It will not close in task manager. It will stay running, even when the actual window is closed out

Hi, I have recently installed some mods from the Steam workshop, but I am asking on here because 1 I am more familiar and 2 I have mostly nexus mods. So down to it. When I load Skyrim, everything appears to work fine. The skse window pops up for a sec, then the bethesda sign animation runs. But then it gets to the main menu. The main menu loads in a way, but not fully. When it opens the picture will pop up in the background, but the music will not play, nor will the selections or my mouse pop up to play the game. It will just sit there. And no it isn't freezing, because the dust/smoke animation at the bottom still rolls, so the game is working. When I tab out, however, the game will go black when I tab back in. Any Ideas on how to fix? also, I have ran tes5edit, but I am not sure on how to get it to actually clean, unless it does it on its own. I also don't know how to organize my load order. I run boss, but I don't know if boss auto organizes or not :3. ty vmvmvm for your advice. I got the BOSS to work per your instructions, and it found 1 error (which I fixed). I ran tes5edit but weirdly enough it didnt ask me to do anything so maybe boss put it in the right order if thats what it does (honestly I have no clue). But my skyrim is running almost perf now so THANK YOU CCCCCC::

I would really appreciate some help and/or insight, because my skyrim is really laggy, and it crashes randomly. Currently Im at a point where (after killing markarth guards and raiding the museum for easy dwemer parts for the dwarvern mechanics mod) everytime I leave markarth and fast travel to whiterun (using both ingame fast travel, and a teleport spell) my game automatically crashes. Also, I tried moving the patches to right after the skyrim main files and dlc's, but it wont let you move esp's by the esm's. also using skse and nmm with the latest official patch.
