I know a mod called "Floating Healthbars" used to be on Nexus, but the link do it now just says that it's been deprecated. Is there a reason for this and where can I find it now?

I installed this mod with Nexus Mod Manager along with Lord Haun's original Magicka Sabers and cannot see any light saber recipes in the crafting menu whatsoever. Darth Revan is in Whiterun, and I bought a schematic from him for Revan's light saber, but nothing happens when I open it, it just zooms in on the hilt model so it's kind of pointless. How do I get the recipes to appear? What's the point of this "schematic"? It was my understanding that this mod adds craftable light sabers in tiers of smithing before Daedric smithing. But like I said, i cant find any light sabers throughout the entire smithing menu.
