I did start a new save after the reinstalls/after installing new mods. Thank you for trying to help me though, I really appreciate it. I think I'll try and reinstall again and do a little .ini tweaking after the game has installed again. -

I think I found the problem. It appears to be Omegareds Transparency fix for ENB, after uninstalling it the game hasn't crashed in a long long while. I'll report later if it starts crashing again. Edit: ARGH, IT DOESN'T WORK ANYMORE. This problem is really rustling my jimmies. -

The only active weather mod I have is one that is essential to the ENB, otherwise it won't work, simple as that. Also, the mods I currently have did work perfectly on my older computer, the only difference is the GPU and CPU (albeit it was an AMD one, however, I've seen people running the game with mods pretty much the same as mine using an Intel). I've reinstalled the game back to a clean slate multiple times, yet when I download the texture mods, be it Poco Bueno or NMC, it will crash. All other mods work fine. I'd also like to add that Fallout 3 and Skyrim ran with no problems (with the occasional crashing, but that's always with the normal game, and it the time between these was about a million times larger than on my New Vegas), with the ENB and texture pack. Realism ENB + NMC's textures are also in Fallout 3. -

Damn, I just noticed the title might be a bit misleading. I meant to imply that it's the NMC texture pack and/or Poco Bueno that is causing the crashes. -
I've seen people run the game perfectly using the highest NMC texture pack with specs that are worse than mine, and on my original computer that had far worse specs it ran pretty well too. Yet my game keeps crashing after I install the game. I made a new save, went out of Doc's house and after I went inside the bar, the textures in there went completely black and the game crashed. Now when I load a save it takes about ~2 minutes for the game to crash. If I enter a house = crash. If I walk around, the game crashes. I even switched my NMC texture pack to Poco Bueno, yet the crashes didn't lessen much. I use the NVSE 4gb enabler as well. My specs: i5 3570k, not overclocked (perhaps I should) Zotac GTX 680 2gb (factory overclocked) 8GB RAM Here's my list of mods, I also use an ENB (Originally used Rudy ENB, switched it to Realism ENB) Screenshots of my mods: http://imgur.com/J0Ax41d,JtjVr8B My .ini's: I'd also like to add that I use the ENB transparency fix made by Omegared99, so it might also be about the switched shaderpackages. In response to post #9232076. #9232446 is also a reply to the same post. @liukangstoupee The complaints you issued on GTA were and still are minor to what bugs and glitches Skyrim has. At least the game functioned unlike Skyrim, which was unplayable on PS3 and barely worked on my PC, unless I downloaded either fan made patches or waited for months for a patch that actually fixed an issue instead of adding more.

If you're talking about Wasteland, that is extremely peculiar, because both are created by the same people, and they're completely different. Before you talk out of your ass, do some research.

I know it's a performance hog, but my old PC which had way worse specs could run ENB + high res textures just fine. Also, Stutter Remover fixed it. -

No NVSR. I should probably get that. Also, the .ini tweaks you suggested helped very much, the FPS problems still are in the game, however they're less bad. But I will get that Stutter Remover and check if that fixes it. However, I can't get it atm, because I can't get into New Vegas nexus for some reason. It just gives 504 Gateway Time-out or 403 forbidden. -

Thank you. I'll do that. Is there any way to keep your save after changing uGrids? EDIT: It appears that in my last .ini files I had uGridsToLoad=7, but in the .inis I have now I haven't edited uGrids, so that isn't the problem. Damn. :/ -

The only .ini edit I've done is uGridsToLoad=7. I do have the 4GB + NVSE. -

I don't know. I use BOSS to organize the load order. But that also can't be the source of the FPS problems, due to the fact that I had the problems prior to getting that mod. -

I actually installed performance of the gods due to the problems, but it didn't help anything. And would windowed mode help performance? Wouldn't it just be the same with the same resolution.
