  1. I can't emphasize enough how much I agree with you, dawn13245 - and for all games, not just Bannerlord! I won't lie, I've enjoyed and found helpful DLC and updates in some cases in some games; But the bugs, breaking mods, and complications and increased time commitment for setting up and troubleshooting mods that they cause just isn't worth it in my view - and I especially hate knowing that good mods created by mod creators who are unwilling or unable (even some who've passed on/away) to update them get largely left behind. My dream: ideally, mod creators should state what game version their mod requires at the top (and ideally tag too) of the mod page, as much of a community as is willing should really try to agree on the best stable version of a game to mod, any (good) DLC should be released the same day the game releases, and I really would like developers to let mod creators handle patching/bugfixing games (or at least make updates/game versions optional/selectable, even on consoles) - especially as then it's optional/optional to wait until it's stable - and many mod creators likely support games for longer than devs. I think these types of changes would make modding more accessible, streamlined, less of a time commitment - and I'm someone who immensely likes exploring/browsing mods, setting up, troubleshooting, and playing modded games for well over 90-95% of the process (and hope to make mods and maybe even games someday). But I think the aforementioned changes would really cut down on that under 10-5% of headache - especially for those of us who don't yet know how to code, look behind the curtain, juggle game versions well, etc. I get that these may sound like big asks, and some may even want to call me "entitled" - but I know that I don't have a right to any of these things, nor do I expect to necessarily see any or most of them implemented. These are just things I would love to see and be a part of. ...And TadosTheria, you definitely raised fair points as well. But I would like to see and be a part of modding communities working to overcome those challenges as much as is reasonable. Even things like a general modding introduction/s for novices would be something I'd be interested in making someday (I'm still a novice to novice-intermediate), letting modding novices know things like how important game version is, that they should troubleshoot mods one at a time, that sort of thing. Sorry if my reply seems redundant, off-topic, unnecessarily lengthy, annoys anyone. But I don't really know where else to say these things, and these are things I want to encourage to mod users, creators, Nexus, game devs, and publishers that I think could easily be a win-win for everyone. Thanks for hearing me out - and thank you all for your passion, effort, and/or skill, etc!
  2. Thanks for your consideration! To be crystal clear, I'm not asking for a port. I really like the functionality and aesthetics of the scouting tower - especially the strength, steadfastness, and authority it conveys. I think it would be awesome to have it or something very similar in Fallout 4, placeable in the workshop. I wish I had the know-how to make this idea a reality and share it with others, but I'm still a bit hesitant to try making mods after all my dozens and dozens (probably well over 100 at the time) of installed FNV mods that I'd spent a good while troubleshooting to work together, were involuntarily uninstalled when I opened the GECK one single time (not trying to gripe, just explaining where I'm coming from). Thanks again for your time in reading this at least!
