Is that the same as the "verify the integrity of game cache" option on steam or do you mean actually cleaning out my web browser or something?

Hi everyone, Recently I've been getting a message whenever I try to install and activate a mod in NMM. It says "Selected plugin has been manually removed. Restart NMM or select again your game on Change Game Mode to refresh your list." I have no idea why it's doing this. I've been playing the game with mods for a while so I'm not sure what I did to cause this. Although, interestingly, I got one texture pack mod to install and activate just fine without that message popping up. I don't know why it was a special case. When I install a mod it still appears on my list of mods with the green checkmark as if it is enabled. If I switch over to the plugin list and check a mod on or off that message pops up. I've already done a fresh install of the game and NMM. whatever was causing it is still there even after that so it must be in some other file that neither of those options took care of. I'm no expert on how mods work, so maybe I made a silly mistake, I dunno. Any help or suggestions as to what the issue might be would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi Everyone, Up until two weeks ago or so I had no trouble with my mods or anything. At some point I started getting a message each time I tried to activate a new mod that says "the selected plugin has been manually removed. Restart NMM or select again your game on Change Game Mode to refresh the plugin list." I have no idea why it's saying this as I've not intentionally removed any plugins. I have reinstalled my game, reinstalled NMM and deleted anything I thought might have caused the problem and still no luck. Interestingly, I was able to successfully install a texture pack and that popup didnt appear. THen I tried installing another mod and it came back so the second mod didn't work. I've also tried going to data files and selecting the mods I want to run and it does no good either. Each time I start up the game none of the mods(other than the texture mod) work. Any idea what's causing this? Thanks, Matt
