Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a quick forum search and couldn't find anything relevant. So which file should I look into to mod difficulty? Just changing very basic stuff like damage multiplier for enemy, health multiplier, etc. Thanks a lot!

I've fixed the sound problem. But the water pumps and fountains still do not fill any bottles. Can anyone help please?

I was playing on survival, had a few mods installed (I think the relevant ones might be "Give me that bottle", "survival options", "survival quick save") and some point in Vault 81 I started to be unable to fill my bottles with water with the water fountains. Basically both fill bottle and the other one would appear, drinking would still satisfy thirst need, but pressing the fill button causes the water animation to flow, but no effect on filling bottles. Now, there is a water filling/flowing sound keeps repeating itself even though the last time I tried to fill a bottle was ages ago. I've tried to restart the game to no avail. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks a lot!

How do you make the OTS appear as soon as the game starts?
