just went to start a new game and swiped to use one of my presets and it says CharGen presets are unavailable checked my files and they are still there and vortex still shows them being installed

just a question,has anyone else became a vampire and can't get cured,i even did the companions and became a werewolf,so now i'm both a vampire and a werewolf.i didn't think this was possible,and yes i tried the command console
