But seriously... there is no such thing as "best" when it comes to Oblivion mods - everyones tastes differ. Perfect example - I think Deadly Reflex is better than Midas Magic... but the Top 100 has them listed different. ;) Go look at it. Plenty of options to download there.

Hi there was this blue skimpy armor that used the the DMRA body and was also made for the THEC one if i remember right inspired from a monster hunter doujin art or armor.
I think it was called something similar with azure or something...

it's called azul, a gunner armor in MH, i have no idea how they called it in oblivion or how to get it
Here on TESNexus it was listed as "Azure Armor", file entry was @ http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=32064 , however has been set to hidden by the author. Unsure as to any alternative download locations.

Perhaps missing a master? That's the problem I got first trying to use a Bashed Patch :P Just check through the required esm/esp list of your bashed patch, you may be able to spot it.

I highly doubt there'd be a bouncing butt vanilla replacer, as yet - its still a fairly new fad it seems. I think there are a couple of weight painting tutorials floating around on the Nexus (one of them being this one).
also, yay boobies! Although I bet the character in that clip would have a sore face from all the slapping haha

Ah, good ol' settlers. There's a game series that has stolen a lot of my life :P (second only to the Civ series). #2 was fun. Doesn't beat the first one though (especially on the old Amiga 600 - split-screen multiplayer with dual mouse support - hell yeah!). And I have to agree with wikkid1 - the latest lot really can't call themselves "Settlers".

The other one is called "DSR White Rose Alternative", I believe, but the one you'll find has giganto breasts, I don't think smaller ones were released, so they smaller chest is prolly a private modification.
It was released. DSR White Rose D Cup. Same site as usual ("that site" that doubles as an imageshare).

Once upon a time, I went to an Oblivion fansite. So I browsed around and came across pics of this armor. I think it's private mashup, released only to a selected few.
But if anyone knows where to get it, I'll be very grateful.
Looks like a tweaked version (different upper leggings) of "Mixed Armor 01". One place I know that has it has ripped content on that site as well, so I can't link you :( The name should help you - with some google-fu.

Everything has mostly been said. But can't forget the body mods. Female: TGND or normal HGEC (depending on how fanciful you want to go - real/fantasy). Male: Roberts (is there any other? :P )

Which is a bunch of crap if you ask me. You still have to have the original for it to even work which means you'd have to buy it. I have never understood why Beth was so adamant about that. If anything, it would help increase it's sales of an older game. makes no sense whatsoever.
Because some of the resources Bethesda didn't actually own - they just had the right to use it for morrowind.
EDIT: It'd be like lending your car to a friend - and then he goes and gives it to someone else. Your friend has permission to use the car, but not to let others use it as well.

I worded that wrong. What I meant was, the penalties for not properly labeling Adult mods should be stronger.
Penalties are pretty strong... (from the ToS) -
"Insure that any content that would typically be awarded a 15 certificate or higher in the US/UK film and video game industry is properly labelled with the “Adult-only” option when uploading files and images. Continued failure to adhere to this rule will result in your account being banned." (bold is mine)

Go read the Frequently Asked Questions and Announcements sticky (in the same forums as where you posted this thread.) In particular the page labelled Oblivion Mods FAQ. It is a good place to start with that one.
After that, peruse the rest of the stickied threads, plenty of fun/useful threads (including the Mod Detectives thread, for once you have gotten installing mods sorted)
