  1. I know OP says not to...but is there a mod like this:

I would ideally like to be able to have the game autosave at set increments, after quest completions, combat victories, and NOT save during combat. I'm basically asking for a CASM for Oblivion. The only thing I found on Nexus were utilities that managed saves across different characters, not exactly what I'm after. If you have a link to a mod that encompasses what I'm looking for a link would be appreciated, or if not I'll cut and paste over to Mod Requests thread. Thanks!

Streamline has this feature. As well as many more things - but it does feature autosaving every {set period} (including not in combat trigger) and cycles over a defined number of "autosave" slots.

  2. First, how do you backup a file? (I know it's nubbest question ever, but again I have no experience with this type of stuff, I've never had a computer good enough for these type of games and all I do is surf the web...)

I've been reading about this omod or something... I still don't quite understand what that is.

Oh and I keep hearing this "vanilla Oblivion" over and over and over and over and over... what the hell does that mean!? xD

The simplest way to "back-up" a file is to copy it out to another place (say, if you had another folder on your computer called backup, and you copied stuff into it).

OMOD: a file type (actually an archive, with scripting etc possible) used by the Oblivion Mod Manager. Handy ting to manage your mods and load order with.

vanilla oblivion = no mods (sometimes excluding SI and KotN, etc as well). basically, the ps3 version would be "vanilla oblivion"

  3. As my signature states, I'm by no means a native English speaker, so maybe my posts will give off an impression different from what I try to express with them.

O.o It conveys a whole different meaning to me - seems like its loaded with sarcasm and such, as a joke... (you know, mocking those who tend towards the "omgwtfbbqzorz pwned nub" leet-speak language style)

And P's & T's = pleases and thank you's. I'm guessing its a phrase that only comes up here downunder.

but back to the armours. They were only suggestions - it's hard to judge what other people want exactly, so I gave you a broad range. Definitely look at the morrigan armour, if you are wanting your characters wrapped up in steel. And wtf @ ambassador armour being adult-only flagged? Haven't seen any nudity using that  NPR's Knight armour (i think that's it's name at least) could be what you want too (maybe - it has exposed arms and legs)

  4. @ DesuChan

Yes, very sad. I'm soooo sorry for wasting your precious time. Truly sorry, indeed.

No need to get snide mate. Someone offered some ideas - biting the hand that feeds is a quick way to NOT get help.

And, on-topic... try hentai compilation, the apachii stores, maybe the ivy armour, black wisteria, ambassador of darkness, morrigan armour, and try some of KURESE's (aka NPR) armours .

  5. Oblivion, oh my god that game is just terrible.

Obilvion are you kiding me. 99.99999999 procent people in this forum likes oblivion if you could you provide a reason???

Methinks there was an air of sarcasm attached to that ones comment.

  6. Follow-up question: Where the hell do you find http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/images/2...-1241088368.jpg ? o_O I've gone through all the boxes that the compilation adds, but haven't found anything that turns my character into Alpha-152 from Dead or Alive.

That would be SPB Glass Girls.

From the readme: "A bag is placed in the front of "The Best Defence"." It's near one of the pillars iirc.

I saw a twin blades of azzinoth mod before, and want to know where i could find it at.

The twin blades of azzinoth are from world of warcraft.

If that's those big green flamey sword things, you can't get it. Private release mod, or its one of those japanese mods that don't come west, so to speak.

  7. I have seen a very Draenei-esque type character before... apparently it was a Demon race with the wings clipped off, using Dark Seducer textures, and the horns from Ace's Warlock Gear.

Of course, this requires a little bit of knowledge how to do...but not too much. Hell, I'd probably try my hand at actually making a standalone mod for that thing, but I am getting absolutely mauled by university assignments right now. Maybe someone who has time might help?

  8. I'm not an American, so I wouldn't join any of the listed branches :P

But, here in NZ, if I was going to enlist (I've been considering it, but probably won't - don't want to put my mother through the horror of more loved ones on tour, and the possibility of not having me come home), I'd join the Army... in particular, the Artillery (just like my Grandfather). There's something about launching explosive ordnance at targets that I find rather interesting :)

Not sure what part of the US Military runs your artillery branch... but I'd join whichever branch houses the artillery.

  9. Just been confirmed outbreaks here in New Zealand.

    OH TEH NOES TEH DRAMAZ.

I reckon its going to end up like every other outbreak here - a whole bunch of whoop-de-do and not much else.

  10. Hey i was wondering where can i find a mod that gives me infinite money? i have been looking and i cant find one..

Open up the console (usually ` which is the key next to the '1' key), and type player.additem f 10000000 (or however much money you want)

    Don't need a mod for that ^.^

  11. Doom was a great, fun game to play. Especially multiplayer. :P

However, a better game at the time was Marathon. Think Doom, but better in most ways. Just a shame it was limited by being only on Mac.
