Hello from 2017. I made a fresh install just to try out the Forgotton Magic Redone mod, and i had this issue. This fix worked. I not only had the wagon bug, but also many other objects in the game would bug out in the same way so using alternate start mod gave me a similar issue with water and random object on shelves flying around. lowering my monitors refresh rate to 60hz fixed everything. Thank you.
