Between the two, I'd recommend the 4060. The price isnt too much more than a 3060, and its just a better card all around. It looks like it improves in fps over the 3060 by an average of 20%. So...I dunno your budget, but if you have enough for a 4060 ti, I'm gonna recommend going for a 3080 instead. Used ones can go for just over $400 these days (I picked one up for $420...blaze it baby). Bear in mind there is less dedicated memory than the 4060 (10GB vs 16GB) and the 3080 needs more power, but 3080 has better benchmarks and much better fps performance.
