Simply push, consuming stamina. The NPC will lose balance and fly back a distance that depends on your character's strength. I've run into a problem trying to kill Toutius Sextius when he goes to the castle. The bridge is the perfect place to push him off, but the game doesn't have that option. And yet, killing him by pushing off is so obvious! I hope I made the request correctly, because this is my first mod request.
