  1. Thanks. I just got bounced back and forth between Github and Sourceforge. SourceForge: https://sourceforge.net/projects/niftools/files/ "As of 2014-10-15, this project may now be found at https://github.com/niftools/." GitHub: https://github.com/niftools/nifskope Latest commit 9875e51 on 3 Jul 2014 build VERSION bump 2 years ago NifSkope 1.2.0a2.dev3 You can download the latest official release from Sourceforge.
  2. There are not 4 nor 10 factions but several hundred, and no specific settler faction. And I suspect changing the faction would still not be enough. Thanks, but if nobody knows how to do this, I have to drop this idea or postpone it for much later. I hoped changing the faction to settler would be enough.
  3. nothing Jasemyne: Yes, fulling around with console command, that was my intention and I am doing it actually. Actually I use the DEF_CM mods from Neanka and DOOM. And I tried the addtofaction commands. No success. I couldn't find any settler faction. So does anybody know with which commands this would be possible?
  4. Can raiders or hostile scavengers be changed to settlers and be sent to a settlement?
  5. Thank you. I already expected such an answer. So, relocating and expanding the root celar might be concept. I am actually far from doing that. I am just learning to mod on the surface. It was and is still a mod request. Either an expirenced modder takes this idea up, which was the intend of my post, or I will become experienced enough to do this one day.
  6. I don't have much more to say to this than I put in the title. I wonder why this can't be constructed. ( Wron, of course, I don't wonder, I think simply nobody as of yet had thought about this, though I think this is not that far.) There is this so called 'root cellar' in Sanctuary Hills. If you look out on Youtube for Sanctuary Hills constructions, this cellar is mostly outside of the defended area. With threats from around and sometimes from the air, people would tend to seek shelter underground. In the construction menu there is this floor tile with a stair upwards. It can't be used to lead downwards. I would like a similar item, that leads downwards; with surrounding walls, of course, that should be possible to push farther. I am not determined, that such basement should be part of the upper world, or something like the root cellar in Sanctuary Hills. This could be choosable. I just think in Sanctuary Hills, each house foundation should be able to provide a stair down to a cellar, and they could be connected, and they could have an own worldspace.
