I figured that DR had a part to play in the guards respawning in their underwear, is there no way to disable guards respawning or maybe to even just disable guards completely?

Haha, well I remember in 3 or 4 it used to happen all the time but some reason in this one it hasn't happened yet, i made a frost spell with the most damage i could and its been a no go :( Is it possible to throw weapons in DR 5?

Mod seems to work fine, but i never can get the spells to crit with deep freeze, burn etc Anyone have a clue why or am I just unlucky

I've been bored lately and just running around in towns using deadly reflex trying to kill off everyone, but after awhile when i go back to a town the guards will be respawned in their underwear. Is there someway i can disable the guards from respawning? Also are there any mods to make more civilians appear in towns?

Well i know about geck and placeatme, I mean a program that i can run side by side with fallout that will spawn the item/creature for me so i don't have to type out the item ID eachtime (I'm really lazy hah)

You could just put a big cage in the middle of the wasteland somewhere and i'd be happy with that for now hah.

Just an idea, but someone should do a prison camp for slaves and prisoners for mods such as Enclave Commander. Unless there is one already out there, i haven't seen any.

You can use in game? I remember Jedi Academy had a program called Console Spawn that you could summon any creature. Is there anything like that for Fallout that way you don't have to look up the item code and what not.

is there a mod like or anyway to remove your own limbs lol
