Okay, checking logs in ...\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\SKSE folder helped. The culpripts were "DienesToolsSE.dll", "hudextension.dll", MaxsuCombatEscape.dll, "PassiveWeaponEnchantmentRecharging.dll and "TKHitstop.dll " plugins as they were not compatible with most recent version of skse. The game started, character creation went correctly, so far no issues. I will play tomorrow and see if game works further than the road, so to speak. Thanks Leonidas, Kudos to you

All right, I deleted NetScriptFramework.Runtime.dll and all of the mods that need it, and there is progress. Originally the game crashed immediately, now the main menu loads without issues, however, when I attempt to start a game, it still crashes. Odd thing is now it just closes, no error, not even any crashlog was generated. I guess it's time to use that painful way of disabling several mods and attempting to launch... With almost 400 mods it would take quite some time. P.S. I just started doing it, due to being extremely busy.

I have a modded Skyrim and encountered strange glitch that completely made game unplayable. Game was running without problems for hours and suddenly, after entering High Hrothgar my character's collision was just.... gone. Moving through walls and other objects, etc. Just like using tcl command, except I didn't used it. Lack of collision it constant and I don't know what is the reason. Reloding save, starting new game, even reinstalling Skyrim did nothing to solve the isssue. I googled it and found nothing that can help. Thank you from advance for any tips. P.S.
