WhiskeyRiver2 can you point me to some? I've scrolled through page and page of the "popular" mods and haven't seen any that add content. (change, tweak, adjust, yes) I didn't mean it to be judgmental I realize their was a huge time lapse from release to putting the mod tools out. I from a nonmodder standpoint don't understand the difficulties do the tools not function the same as fallout3? Is it more difficult? I really want to know I'd honestly support someones patreon account for artistic expression into modding. I just saw an explosion of fallout 3 mods and all I see are tweaks or improvements(settlements) on what fallout 4 fell flat on.

I might be way off base but all I can find under mods is tweaks or improvements to existing content. There isn't a single new mission line mod or new area to explore? I loved fallout 3 because the mods completely changed the game and gave you a second replay new an unexpected twists and turns. All I see are cosmetic mods, tweak mods etc nothing new? I want to replay the game but I'd like something new before I go about it.
