I recently started the thieves guild quest 'Dampened Spirits' and while in Whiterun I decided to complete a fishing and a burglary job I had their. Before talking to Mallus I completed the jobs ( I was not seen and did not get a bounty). After I left Arcadia's cauldron three vampires attacked and killed Belethor. Now all of a sudden everyone is attacking me ( I did not get involved in the fight so I did not hit anyone trying to help). I have tried reloading but it will not stop. I am not sure what is causing this but it may be a couple of mods I have such as skyrim redone or convenient horses. ( couldn't find any more mods that affect NPC behaviour)

I had already used boss to check my mods and to put them in a good load order and it doesn't say there are any conflicts or lack of compatibility patches. I installed the mods using Nexus Mod Manager, could this have caused the problems?
