Wondering if body type could simply be changed by updating a variable in the game save/config file? Anyone smarter than me have any insight on this?

Second this but with ability to also change body type! Essentially the character creation screen but at the barbers.

So with the ability to create characters across the whole gender spectrum, my partner got confused during character creation and ended up using a male body as a base and then customised it to look female. She's now realised that her character in-game has a male body and therefore masculine animations and clothing. She's several hours in now and is reluctant to restart the game just to create a new character that looks more like her. I'm aware that you can change certain aspects of your character in-game already, but would be great to see a mod that lets you modify everything available to you during character creation (specifically body type and face) after initial character creation.
