intel i5-6600 16gb ram gtx 1060 6 gb. Not interested in enb.

Hey! I've played skyrim a few weeks when it came out and then i had to drop it. Now I am interested to come back to try all these mods we have. I was just wondering which game i should choose because i know there is some special edition already, maybe something else.. What i need is certain skyrim version that will not crash or glitch after i jam it with mods.
