  1. Yeah I tried that, it is fixed now though. Turns out, while disabling the ENB didn't help, deleting it fixed the issue. Seems the older ENB dlls couldn't handle it or something :/ Thanks anyways
  2. I cannot for the life of me get this thing to work, I have the latest skyrim version. Please help! (With ENB enabled, the grass(as well as small flat plants) stick out like a sore thumb) My setup: Running SKSE Many mods Intel Core i7 940 6GB Ram ATI 5830HD X2 ---- Things I've tried: Adding bShadowsOnGrass=1 to skyrimprefs.ini Adding bShadowsOnGrass=1 to multiple locations in both ini files Deactivating all mods Removing Texture and Meshes folder Disabled ENB Downloading different grass mods Deleting both ini files Downloading ini files from those whose grass shadows work ----- None of the above work. I do have tree shadows, and smaller shrubs do receive shadows, but anything no taller than grass do not get any shadows. Help please!
  3. As said in the title, the quick slot bar isn't large enough (even after stretching), anyway to increase the the capacity would be welcome Another suggestion is that I would like more Skills, not talents, but skills. Thanks!
  4. Well of course I use a mod =P Its always entertaining to see my character's ragdoll being tossed around after a powerful hit.
  5. I hate it how everytime I get killed by a wolf or lion (sometimes i do... :whistling: ), the wolves or w/e just walks calmly away. Or how bandits, highwaymen just ignores your body full of loot, and be on their way. So, is there a mod that makes NPCs behave more like a PC, or at least life like, or do SOMETHING after they have slain the player? Taunts, body dragging, looting, slashing, Anything would help... My opinion though... If there isn't, how hard is it to make one? and Can you make one? :thanks:
  6. Textures isn't the problem, the game engine itself is strangely slow. I used 3D Analyze to force 32X32 textures (TINY), and guess what, with a 1 FPS improvement....
  7. Hi, I know I speak for only a small minority of people who wants to play this game, but don't have a readily available powerful rig at our disposal (I had, but now its used by family :wallbash: ) So, Is there a way to make a mod that reduces some of the more graphic intensive aspects of the game. For example, shading, bump mapping, etc. Textures are surprisingly a non-factor in performance, as the difference between High and Low are around 10%. This way one can increase FPS while not necessarily decreasing graphics by much. Or if you really want... an Oldblivion kind of a mod would be great too! Much appreciated your time!
  8. I've tried patch 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6. Nothing works, it just launches into a black screen, then CTD without seeing the menu. I've tried US, and UK version, but nothing. I've disabled all mods, and again, nothing. What could be wrong?
