    Crouching and Looking Down Bug LAG!

    I have a bug where in skyrim when i look below the 90 degree point OR when I crouch, I lag. i really need a fix and cant find one ANYWHERE.

     

    Someone help. I need an answer.

     

     

     

     

    EDIT: I've figured out some things related to the problem, I just need someone to help me connect the dots and figure this out.
