Been playing Sim Settlements 2 again and they have a mechanic in the mod where you go into a building and clear it out and then over time the building gets cleaned and reused. The CPD side quest new HQ. Kinda like how the BOS come into the game and the Cambridge Police Statoin gets re-used and cleaned up. Is there a mod which we can just do this. Like explore the Commonwealth and re-use or clean up buildings? If there is not 1, can someone point me to a mod which is similair to this idea.

Back in the day there was a mod called AUTOLOOT, where you could pick up all sorts of GUNS, JUNK, AROMOUR, APPAREL etc. For some reason it has been deleted, my request is that someone makes this mod again or a replica. It makes this game so much better, so much more enjoyable cause you don't need to look at every cupboard or box or container for items. You can focus on the gameplay, atmosphere and immersion of Fallout 4.....PLEASE!

couldn't think of a better title anyways... I am currently playing with several mods and I am enjoying them. I wanna try a new playthrough and experiments with new mods. Is there a way I can save all my mods, to a certain profile (SlowFatWombat1) for example. And start a new playthrough with different mods on a different profile (SlowFatWombat2) for example.

Sorry for the title but let me explain, There are a lot of buildings in Fallout 4, unfortunately we can only enter about 25% of them, is there a mod that can remove the buildings that are boarded up? If so, can you guide me to this mod and if not can some one make it. I have no skill or knowledge on how to do this.
