How to update mods from Nexus Mod Manager?

You wouldn't want it to auto-update. Often times new features are added to mods that you don't even want...or worse an update could conflict with another mod you have installed. If you update one at a time and play you can be aware of the changes in advance and also know which mod update is causing an issue.
