So after discovering that my laptop can actually run FNV fairly decent, I decided I wanted to play around with some modding. All that I have installed is Mod Organizer, no NVSE, etc. I only have 3 mods that all have to do with character models, but when I launch the game through Mod Organizer, I will first be presented with an error message stating -- "Unhandled USVF proxy exception (line 110): The system cannot find the file specified." If I click OK to this, the game will launch. If I don't click OK after about 45 seconds, that window will go away and a different error will appear stating - "failed to spawn "FalloutNV.exe": failed to start process (The parameter is incorrect. [87[)" and after clicking OK to this error here, nothing will happen. Can anybody help? I am very new to modding.
