I am new to creation kit. I am not able to find my mods in creation kit. I open creation kit. I double click on fallout ems. I double click on the plug in and set it to active. once it all loads I can not find the mod in cell view. I look in all the options in drop down for cell view yet I can not find what I selected. Am I missing a step or doing this wrong?

For some reason I can not resize the "Preview Window". I can change the size of all the other windows. The Preview window is full size top to bottom yet only one inch wide.. I drag the edge to the right and it snaps back to one inch wide. I drag the top down to half page and it snaps back to full top to bottom. I am using it on Fallout 4. If anyone can help. Thank You.
