Where's the memory patch installed, then? Ie the path to it. Also, check to make sure you're showing file extensions. You may have inadvertently called the SKSE.ini SKSE.ini.txt by mistake.
But it is strange you're getting a memory issue like that with a minimum load order.

Ah Capt Morgan... In the OP it says you have the Unofficial Dragonborn Patch but no Dragonborn.esm.
You also say you have all the unofficial patches installed but I don't see the Unofficial Hearthfires patch.
And I'm wondering why you'd look in an ini file for a warning message. That [WARNINGS] section and message is in everyone's skyrim.ini. It's in mine and I never crash. Don't worry about that.
The easy way to go about this with such a small load order as you have there would be to uncheck each mod, go right back to unmodded. Then add one mod at a time till you find the one causing the issue.
Also: what else have you removed? If you're removing script heavy mods from games, without running a save cleaner, you probably really should be starting a new game each time.
-
Remove the mod and re-run the Patchus Maximus patch. Remove the current PatchusMaximus.esp first.
-
Ok, well assuming that's in the correct place... It's not working. What's the path to that SKSE.ini?
Also, are you showing file extensions? make sure that SKSE.ini isn't actually SKSE.ini.txt by mistake.
-
A possible quick way to do it would be delete everything from your Skyrim directory that has ENB or .fx in the file name. Also go to your documents and delete your RendererInfo.txt.
Then reload the ENB you actually wanted.
As for the letterbox, some people find it useful for things like Screen caps etc.

There's a couple of plugins stating they have errors due to other plugins not being present. You may want to fix that. Additionally, you have way more plugins there than the 255 limit. Are you running ALL of those at the same time? cause that's not going to play nice, either.
-
Have you checked your settings in the skyrim launcher? Open up that and have a look at what screen resolution is set at.
-
Are you using any sort of ENB? If so check your Anti-Aliasing and Anisotrophic filtering settings. Have seen that sort of issue happen when Skyrim's resident AA and AF settings are left on by mistake as well as the ENB ones.
-
Your problem is you're running out of memory. That 257\175 tells me that.
How are you implementing the memory patch? Via SKSE?

What Skeleton are you running?

I'll have it... om nom nom...

I'd hazard a guess at rerunning FNIS...

Ok well orange in Wrye Bash usually means you need to sort masters.
Easy way is to load your whole load order in TES5Edit, find one that was orange in Wrye Bash, right click on it and select Sort Masters. That should fix those.
Of those in your list, Patchus Maximus and Dual Sheath need to be at the very bottom.
-
Have you run that through any sort of sorting program, LOOT, BOSS etc?
-
What's it asking you to install?
-
SDO can cause that kind of thing. Plus you're chugging a fairly hefty load order there, which is always going to slow you down.
-
In Wrye Bash, orange usually means 'masters need to be sorted'. That's a easy fix.
If you're cleaning stuff, you must have TES5Edit. The way to fix the orange ones is to load your mod order up in TES5Edit. Let it do it's thing. When all's loaded, right click on the file you want to sort masters for and pick the 'Sort masters' option.
It may look like nothing's happened, but it has. click to close TES5Edit, and when asked, save the file.
that should sort the orange ones out when you next open Wyre Bash.
Red ones are a lot more serious, cause that usually denotes 'Missing master'. Only real way to fix those is find out what's missing and remedy the issue.
If you're having issues with cleaning, and want to reset the ESM's back to Vanilla, try using the 'Check Integrity of Game Cache' via Steam. That will replace any of the cleaned ESM files with fresh, uncleaned ones, so you can try again if you're having an issue.
Only other real glaring one I'm seeing is the SKSE.ini as a separate mod. Not quite sure what's going on there.

That's probably as good as you'll get to be honest. What's your basic system specs?
-
It that plugin lower in the load order than the CoT Weatherpatch? If so put it above the CoT Weatherpatch.
-
So do you have Climates of Tamriel?
Essentially what the issue is then, is that the CoT Weatherpatch is looking for that file above as a master. To check this, you can mouse over the warning icon. That will show you what masters you're missing.

In the right hand pane of Mod Organizer, is there anything that looks like a red triangle with a ! in it?
Additionally, if you mean that MO's got (unmanaged) I think it is next to some mods in the left hand pane, then that's not unusual.
Next, what exactly is the error you're getting? The exact text.
-
You've ticked the box for the Official Patch?
Cause by rights, that should be fine.
-
Probably need a bit more info.
What did you install?
How'd you install it?
How'd you delete it?
Are you using a Mod manager at all?
Sounds to me that you may have not added a needed mod for one of your other mods to work, so you got a missing master Crash. It's possibly still crashing now cause it's not been completely deleted. Hard to say without knowing what it was.
-
OK. where did you install the USKP? Probably really need to actually SEE the load order.
Additionally, the USKP needs to be after Update.ems and before any of the DLC esms.

Adding Follower mods causes no mods to load
