After i installed cheat mod "perk book", my character started growing too fast. This mod gives not only perk book, but also adds changes to the character lvling setup. Now, instead of 10 lvlups any skills for 1 character lvlup, it needs only 5-6 skills lvlups for 1 general lvlup. Author of the mod did not mention this in the description...Uninstall deleting didnt help. Plz help. Are there any console commands to return vanilla config for leveling?

Hello. Plz help i cant find common mod. Previously, through the nexus search, with words "merchant shop vendor trader" i found it in half an hour, but now the mod has moved somewhere. Weapons market north from med clinic Usanagi, near north entrance to freeside/ Merchant inside had 20k, and there were few rows of shelves with weapons.
