i found the issue it was me that was the problem, my game version is 1.10.163 i was using Place everywhere versions 1.10.984 and 1.10.106 wrong version i had to use the version that was required for my game version and that's 1.10.163

also i forgot to mention to you, you dont think at any point that Workshop Arrangements mod could be the problem at any chance, cause remember it does make a few changes

yes i am using the SS2 3.3.3 version, but im thinking about using a early version like the 3.3.2 or lower

yes i have but this been going on before the update, i think its a workshop mod, but who knows maybe you're right it could be the SS2 3.3.3

ok the game version im using is 1.10.163.0 version and the mods im using is SS2 and the chapters 2 and 3 but i have a few workshop mods, like workshop arrangement and a few more, but it could be the way i setup my load order as well tho, not sure at the moment

i was talking about something like you all were mentioning more crew members uncap outpost and crew limits i want unlimited crew and outpost i wanna spread my wealth and outpost in ever solar system if i could plus i wanna battle other ships with my crew members i also wanna build a settlement on my outpost so i can build me a city like out post for settlers on a beautiful earth like planet also i hope someone also created a mod where we can terraform earth back to what it is to be now that would be a cool mod what you all think

ever sense i downloaded tactical animation mod, i have been having these serious camera angle issues, i really wish the modder fishes all of that, but instead i have to tweak the damn thing myself without any help from YouTube videos about it, ahhh! ..i really wish someone make another tactical mod similar to the mod that im currently using im doing all i can to solve this without happening to uninstall the freaking mod, any clue on how to do this i need to understand what camera setting actually does so i can fix it myself
