    Well under 30 bucks thats a tricky one, i don't think there is one that can play fallout 3 under 30 bucks, maybe you should save up a little bit more because i think all mainstream video cards usually are around 100$ or more.

    I really just want the best gaming card i can get for under 80 bucks that is compatible for my machine(Emachines T5048 with XP security pack 3).

    Better animation and lighting system. Then,

     

    Stealth missions like playing Splinter Cell.

    Combat like playing action games such as Prince of Persia and others.

    Full of suspensefull and cinematic moments.

    Magic like Midas Magic 1000% better.

    Unique Landscapes, if needed, TOTALLY UNIQUE.

    Full of alternate storyline, and all choices have different unique consequences, just like Star Wars : Knights of The Old Republic.

    Playing a game feels like playing a blockbuster legendary movie.

    I agree, just add a new engine with better graphic, better vegetation, weather, that would be perfect !
