Like split seconds difference. I wouldn't say I'm obsessed with my appearance, I'm just curious to why different mirrors or cameras make you look different, and which one to trust. What if you need to do your hair but you don't know if it really looks good in that particular mirror, WHAT IF THE MIRROR IS LYING TO YOU D:

You take a picture of yourself, look at your self in the mirror, look at yourself in another mirror, and another mirror, you'll notice that you look quite different, some make you look nice some make you look handsome and some make you look hideous. So the question is, how do you know which one is the same image that people perceive you?

wish granted but its made out of really cheap parts that breaks down real easy, and no one really makes games for cheap XBOXs cus no one ends up buying them.
I wish I could take things from my imagination and place them into the real world, AND! be able delete them with a simple thought ALSO! objects/things/people made from my imagination are really obedient and will not harm me...

very true, I even saw it in fallout3nexus ... its horrid
BTW I also noticed a whole bunch of games thats like that, like this one anime MMORPG (sorry for being general but i couldn't remember the name lol) it had some monkey-like anime girl posing in a very uhh... weird? position that showed half her ass, the worst thing was the gloss effect on it that came on every milisecond

I'm kind of tired of games that have bad advertisements on the web, my personal worst was the game Evony, it has an ad that said
"Play Discretely Now!" With a pair of tits right on top it, even though that game has nothing to with tits

well no, I had it disable in CCC and enable in game, I switched it around but its no good. I somehow managed to get AF working once but I haven't been able to reproduce the results.

I think mods are contributors to this lagginess but not the cause. His rig is like a monster, I use all AMD stuff and still have better performance than him, something is really wrong. How is your performance when you revert back to the default .ini ? btw what texture packs do you use?

Well basically what the title says, I don't want to use the in game AA cause after 5 minutes of game play, this happens

Other people with pretty much the same setup says they got it working thru CCC but forcing AA just doesn't do it for me :(
EDIT: As I thought, the optimizations and AA and AF only worked when I renamed fallout3.exe to oblivion.exe to trigger oblivion driver thingys.
But then FOSE doesn't work either.... can someone advise a solution?

not sure about Nvidia cards (nevre used them D:) but ATI's catalyst AI have been known to cause problems with AA in fo3

does this problem exist when u load an eariler save file?
Try starting a new game to see if the problem still exists.
ALso a mod list would be nice

For those of you that want better performance, this mod, according to description, clears cell buffers every now and then to ensure a smooth performance
But according to popular belief, the "PCB" script is apparently broken by bethesda incompetence. The file has a single .esp, which means it probably uses the script to purge cell buffers. But then Quazzy made it, and that means it usually works lol.
I tried it, but not sure if its working. I encourage you all to use it, and post your results here
