issue resolved thanks though to everyone who tried to help. I really do appreciate it.

I'm using pure waters, beth hd pack and skyrim 2k hd as well as some amidian textures. I also have skyfalls and climates of tamriel and realistic lighting overhaul installed. Those are just a few. And sorry don't know how i made my opening post text look like that i tried to fix it but couldn't get it to go away. Won't happen again.

Anyone ever experienced this before and solved it? If so i am still looking for help in fixing it and would really appreciate your solution.

This only happens when i look at water with my weapons or spells drawn in first person. A strange aura/glow appears around my arms. It's really annoying. Anyone know how to fix it? http://imgur.com/Vl5f5wR Thanks for any help offered.
