Are you using ECE or Racemenu? Racemenu doesn't normally have z-axis or skeleton scale I don't think unless you're using a plugin.

Ok, so one day I turn on Oblivion and all the weapons are bright purple! I'm like what. What's also weird is that all my other mods work. (Armor, Quests,etc.) So yeah, how do I fix this.

So when I download Oblivion mods they appear in data files and I activate them, but in game nothing happens. Whats going on here? Can I fix it? I mean I got construction set and everything. I even used OMOD a few times. Nothing works!
