nice request... I realy hope for an "hardcore" =)

When I first bought oblivion I was realy disappointed that I were unable to rebuild Kvatch... Now I have learned to mod game and I have come across this mod via unwritten forum and I really want to start a new oblivion game and rebuild Kvatch!! I have a question... There will be a version for FCOM? And why is kvatch arena not compatible? Cause game crash or simply is too easy? (like quest mod for skyrim requiem) Thx!!

Hello!! I just finish to read requiem manual and I realy want to try it but I have a question... how does it work with mod that add/alter faction or add new quest? For example Fight against Thalmor serie, Helgen Reborn or pit fighter faction or also Enchanted Companions Guild? Should I load them before or after requiem? Thx!!
