Got the same problem. Seems to have started after I used the Customizable Needs settings holo tape. Found any fixes? Theres a Bullet time post suggesting to uninstall it, enter game, save, reinstall the mod.

Hey Caspurrr, did you fix this issue? I use the same mods (and then some), so it's nice to know you only use 3. That narrows it down. I think you might be right that it's NMC + Weapon retexture projekt that causes it, though I haven't tested this. I also have a problem where the first person perspective is skewed up/down/to one side. Do you have this as well?
