My save file is only level 7. I've never been a vampire or werewolf and I have the same problem so it's not that. I agree that it started happening when I clicked "disable all mods" and then "enabled" them again. So I definitely think it was because I unchecked dawnguard then rechecked it. Any patches or mods that will fix this?

I FIXED IT I f*#@ING FIXED IT. Thanks, you guys are f*#@ing fantastic. I'm not sure if it was the verification or uninstalling the immersive mod and dual sheath redux mod because I did it all at the same time and then ran it and it worked. So thanks, I appreciate the help.

Hey man I really appreciate it. I just started playing and modding on pc so to have this kind of problem right away kinda bummed me out. But I did what Helloguy said and did a verification of it in Steam. It took a little bit to check all the files and then I think it said it was missing one file and would reacquire it. Unfortunately I purchased the free HD resolution dlc and it's been downloading all 4.4gb of that for a while. So until that's done I don't think it's gonna reacquire that file. I wish I could stop the download of that DLC entirely because I probably can't run it anyway. Just got greedy because it was free. I'll get on deleting that immersive animations download, thanks.

Thanks man. I downloaded the immersive animations not too long ago so that may be the culprit.

Oh and if it makes any difference, I purchased my game from steam.

Trust me, i'm no pirate. I have spent over 180$ on skyrim buying the original, the legendary edition, and then the legendary edition on PC so I have no issue there. I'm guessing it's a mod that did this so I guess i'll start there. And I tried a couple old saves that I knew worked fine but they had the same problem. Thanks for the response, it did give me a few ideas.

I'm sorry, i'm pretty new at this. What do you mean by "Verification of game files"? But you're basically saying I have to delete EVERYTHING and reinstall it from steam again?

So I looked around and I haven't been able to find anyone with the same problem as me. My character is stuck in a single position kind of like a mannequin. He can move around but it's like he's just hovering and his legs or any body part just isn't moving. I can use shouts and powers, and when I sit down the camera will go to the postion where it would if he sits down but my guy just stands there. Oh and then everyone else in the game is completely stationary, they don't even move or even hover like I can they just stay in one place in mannequin position. I disabled all active mods and even deleted my old account, but even with all the mods disabled i'll start a new game and my guy and everyone else will start like this. The horses can move fine, but it's funny because since the npc's can't move they don't open the gates in helgen and the horses run right into it and the cart tips over. and I can't move. I can look around but am stuck there. I know uninstalling my game will probably fix it but that is an absolute last resort as my wifi is VERY slow and it will literally take weeks to download it again. Any help is greatly appreciated.
