I'm unsure what mod is causing this but currently the following happens when I try to fight unarmed. Right handed attacks require arrows and with arrows only the animation plays, right power attacks can be used w/o arrows but only the animation plays. Left handed attacks work but use right handed animations and don't make npcs hostile.
