Hi All, I thought I would try out Tropical Skyrim and I did not like it so I reverted back. Now I have this broken sky texture that I don't know how to fix. Can anyone reccommend a MOD that might repair this broken/lost file? Thanks

Hi All, Is it just me or is the Requiem thirst mechanism broken? I am always thirsty even if I drink wine, ale, water, milk. I have tried drinking a lot but I just get bloated. I wonder if this Requiem mod is even worth the hassle...

Hi All, I have a problem with the way stone work looks in my game. I have a few mods installed, most of the basic ones but for some reason, the stonework has bad UV mapping and I don't know how to fix it. Doe anyone have any tips on how to fix the mapping problem shown in the attached image? I have also attached my mod list. Thanks

Hi All, I am trying out Requiem for the first time and I just don't understand some of the visual and audio feedback the mod generates. For instance I hear the heartbeat all the time. Now my screen keeps flashing red, which is annoying and makes the game unplayable. I have invested a point in Heavy Armor so I would not have an encumbered restriction but it does not seem to have any affect. When I examine my inventory for any lingering active effect there is none. Even when I heal myself in a temple I still appear to be dying. Is it me or does this Requiem mod have bugs? ds

Hi All, I just started re-playing Skyrim with the Requiem mod installed. I have escaped and I am on my way to Bleakfall Barrows to fetch the Dragon Stone when I encounter the bandits. During combat I get hit and this giant blurry crosshair covers about 75% of the screen. Combat is difficult enough using this mod without this graphic overlay obscuring the scene. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Is this a bug or feature of Requiem? Either way is there anyway to turn it off? Or maybe someone has a better word to describe this condition so I can search for a solution? Even after I die and try again I can still hear the heartbeat racing (I am at full health) and the overlay persists. Thanks!

Hi All, I have been using the Creation Kit and I noticed that I can right-click on an ID and preview it. I get a separate window with a rendered preview of the object/item. I very much prefer the way the preview window navigates and interacts with the mouse much better than the render window. For instance, in the preview window I can just left-click drag to rotate the view. The middle mouse click drags the window and the mouse wheel zooms. This is how I want the render window to work. Are there any hot-keys (mouse) bindings associated with the Creation Kit that would allow me to change the way the mouse navigates in the 3D render window? Thanks

Hi All, I am new to modding and have never written a mod. I have some dialog in a wave file that I would like a character to say. What is the work flow to getting that wave file into the game and triggering a character to speak the words? Let's assume I want Lydia, my follower, to speak the words. Hi All, I have been wondering if it is possible to move standard objects with Papyrus scripts? Basically I would like to cast a spell and cause a Kettle to hover and bounce up and down. Eventually I want to replace the kettle object with one of my imported OBJ/NIF files from an external source. I have noticed that no objects actually move in Skyrim so I am not sure if this is even possible. Thanks for any tips or links.

Thanks I tried the demo and it worked for 30 seconds. Kind of weird that it only captures in game mode. You can't actually capture your screen as far as I can tell...

Hi All, I am not talking about taking a single screen shot. I see lots of posts on youtube of in game footage. How is this done? I have tried running Skyrim in windowed mode and using Camtasia, but Skyrim does not function correctly with Camtasia. I have tried a couple of different capture codecs, but no joy. Is there a preferred method or software for generating game play footage from Skyrim? Thanks

Hi All, I am trying out the Music and Dancing beta2.0 for the Luxury Suite. skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18462 I have installed it using NMM and it shows up as installed, but I don't get any menus from the NPCs in the Luxury Suite like I did with version 1.2. Does anyone know how to use or configure this MOD? I waws really hoping to get some BLUE/GREEN screen dance footage out of this mod. Thanks!

I see what you mean...I got the same results, no dancing. What I did to get it to work was to re-run the "GenerateFNISforUsers.exe" file located under Data\tools\GenerateFNISforUsers. Click Update FNIS Behavior Relaunch Skyrim and then ask the women to dance again.

Hi All, As I browse through the nexus mod area I see lots of shots of characters in non-game poses. How is this achieved? I would like to enhance my screen shots with better poses. Thanks

Thanks for the reply. the "showracemenu" command was thrown out there on the chat board and I gave it a try. I did change my race (Redgaurd to Imperial), but not sex and I still have my Perks. That is all I was really looking for.

Hi All, I have a female character and I want to change her appearance. Mainly I want to change the skin color to match a new outfit and make the breasts smaller. Can this be done with an existing character or do I need to restart the game and make a new one? I have the Calientes Bodies MOD installed. I tried UPN but it does not seem to do anything... Thanks
