There's this weird thing that's breaking the Immersion of Fallout, I mean why is it still considered as "Bad"(Red) stealing Power Armor Frames from your enemies, even from Raiders? Is there a mod that can fix this bug?

Are there other weapon mods that actually spawns on npcs? I don't like weapon mods that can only be spawned on the console.. So far I only know the M14 mod that can spawn on npcs..
