Same issue for me with Serana. I cant open the Soul Cairn without her but she walked off back to my home,and won't follow me back to the castle. I'm so tired of bugged games and this ones a real headache.

Same here with the Daedric Reaper Armor set but mine CTD's when I even touch the book on how to smith the armor,Weird.. lol! There must be something all buggered up somewhere..
