I don't think this mod has been done before (I've scoured the internet in search of one) so here's my idea. Beyond visiting them in prison, I was a little disappointed to see that there wasn't really a effect to Skyhold depending on your judgement. For example, if you decided to keep Servis as a smuggler or informant, I would have liked to see him in Leliana's little area time to time. If you decided to build the Templar Tower and completed the quest, Champions of the Just (ie sided with the Templars), you could see Ser Barris standing around. For the Mage Tower, you could have Alexius working (with Inquistion soldiers near by) if you decided to make him an arcane researcher I'm not sure how difficult this mod would be be (I've only worked on a player home in Skyrim) but it would be a unique feature that would be interesting to see along side the other wandering NPC agents.
