  1. So far I've only noticed the piece of water below as being missing. But I'm unsure how exactly to go about trouble shooting what might be causing the issue. Cause its not as if all waters gone or even most its just one little section that seems to have not loaded for some reason. The fish are there, flying in the absent river or stream, I do not however appear to swim when i enter that piece of the river, its just as if its gone for some strange reason. I do have realistic water installed, but far as I can tell that doesn't seem to be the issue. The part missing is between Darkshade Caverns and Lost Knife on the bridge while walking down the road between them. I believe it might have even been there at one time but it is possible I simply over looked it before. Any help fixing or helping me diagnose the problem is appreciated. Also is it possible that the water will just show back up by some miracle? Load Order Below: All mods up to date as of 1-10-2018. Skyrim Special Edition, SKSE, Skyrim Re-engaged ENB, Most textures come from Noble with a few random 2k's tossed in from other mods. Note: Skyrim Flora Overhaul is unchecked, just used it to texture a few plants
  2. Tested dropping settings to high and still had the same issue. Going to remove some of the texture mods that I have and see if perhaps its a case of duplicate maps or something maybe causing a conflict. I noticed a strange spot in the previous test that made it appear that it was maybe trying to load two textures over the same spot, sorta kept flipping between them. Could have just been a case of mesh laid on top of one another or various other things. But i figure its worth a shot. Will post results. Update: It appears to have been an issue with the GraFix texture packs. Removing those appears to have sorted the problem. Not to say I'm saying don't use that mod, more a case of don't use those mods along side the other mods I have listed. Seems to be some sort of conflict there, not sure exactly what the conflict was or is, but does appear to be an issue. No less seems the problem has been solved. Thanks for the help.
  3. Yeah used loot, and the walls are there sometimes. Like in concord for example, one time I'll walk through every thing is ok, some other time I'll walk through and a piece of a wall will be missing here or there. Doesn't seem to be the same wall every time or anything so I didn't figure it was a mod problem. Else I assume it'd just be missing every time which would be easier to sort out. Just seems like now and then it just takes its time to Rez in or something along those lines. Like there's lag when playing an MMO, walking around don't see any tree's then you walk into one that just decides to rez infront of you. Those sorts of things. Going to try to lower the view distances, maybe that'll help. I did test the bUsePreCulledObjects=0, far as I could tell all it did was cause my game to go through pauses every time I entered a new cell? I'd step into a new cell, it'd pause then carry on. Thoughts: Possibly simply a case of not enough VRAM, perhaps its simply out doing my 2 gig card after the mods. Original thought was that ENB boost would counter and solve the problem but doesn't appear to be the case, if it is simply a Vram problem I'll know in a day or two when I obtain the updated graphics card. If that solves the problem I'll make sure to post here saying that its solved.
  4. So I've had this problem off and on, its more annoying than anything. Haven't quite managed to sort it out. Basically what happens, sometimes things will show up fine and dandy. Other times things are just well missing or are low rez. Seems a common problem usually sorted by the ENB but doesn't appear to be the case with me. Maybe its just normal not sure. Hope not its annoying. If anyone has any thoughts on what might be causing it, helps appreciated. As a for record, least I'm not suffering from any FPS problems, stable 60fps constantly, haven't really seen it drop save for a few brief moments where it seemed to catch up fairly efficiently. It does however tend to hang just a bit when entering workshop. Mostly its just missing walls, and now and then textures not coming into clear focus that seems to be the issue. Computer Specs: i5- 4670k, 2x Nvidia GTX 760 (SLI), 16 Gigs Memory Mod Load Order Below. My FalloutCustom ini is as follows: If Preferences or the Fallout INI would be useful to have as well let me know and I'll post those too. My EnbLocal is as follows.
  5. Well the computer is more than enough, What other mods do you have installed, there's a decent chance that there is simply a skeleton issue or some sort of conflict there?
  6. Ok, so running ENB, Vurts, RLO, COT, tons of mods will have a list below. The issue comes with some plants. Not sure why or whats causing it but some plants just appear to be stuck on full bright. Like they're in the sun all the time even when they're well in the shadow. My thought is perhaps I have a number wrong in an INI file somewhere just not sure where. Though guess the issue could be anywhere. If anyone has a thought let me know. Below is the list of mods I am running and my strange load order which well mostly works I think. Loot does strange things. Thanks for any help in advance, Attempts so far: reinstalled skyrim flora overhaul, and COT weather patches. Checked the INI. bTreesReceiveShadows =1 bDrawLandShadows =1 bDrawShadows =1 4 actually. bShadowsOnGrass =1 Think thats correct for their setting. Still not real sure whats up /shrug/ could just bot CoT maybe?
  7. Bellow is the current list of mods I'm running. Now I have had a slight issue, not sure where its coming from exactly. See how the plant is just brighter than it looks like it should be? I haven't quite sorted out whats causing it, I figure its some INI setting or something of the sort. Its strange how it only seems to happen to certain plants though, I don't know. Still fiddling with that if anyone has anythoughts on how to sort that let me know. ASIS, was actually updated not too too long ago june I believe? I could be mistaken, but so far haven't had any issue with it. No issues that i've seen at all other than this well plant issue as shown above. If I do come up with problems I'll be sure to jot them down. Currently just trying to sort out these stupid plants and figure out why they're on full bright. Which is really what it looks like for those who also hit up second life from time to time. Figure I'll sort them or try to sort them then tweak my enb a bit and be good to go I hope.
  8. Really no suggestions no nothing? I had hoped for more.
  9. So I suppose like a good story we should start from the begining. It wasn't so long ago that I bought the last of the elder scrolls series. TESO as its often referred to as and might I say quite simply it was dissapointing at its best. Don't get me wrong, there were moments where it was just a beautiful game. But those moments far outweighed in my opinion by some heafty flaws. But no less, it made me think what would my Dream Elder Scrolls be? I suppose it would have to be multiplayer, but not on this global scale, I don't know about you but I don't like most people who play mmorpg's. Thats ok, all swell I even love MMORPG's, Requiem Bloodymare for example I played the hell out of that game and it felt right. But it didn't feel right in Elder Scrolls, It just lost something, I can't really put an exact finger on it, multiple fingers is my guess. Something was just off, maybe it was the fact that you just don't feel special. You just loose that sense that you're the bad ass. Cause you're not really, in the end like everybody else you are just sitting there wondering why the asian gold farmers have better deals for horses than the owners of the damn game? Mean really what the f*#@ was up with that? ((Pardon my french)) Also I strayed from the subject my appologies. So Multiplayer, but on a small scale, a squad no more than that anywhere from two to four maybe six. Where those characters stories could all impact one another. Make it so certain quests must be activated and done with x people online, something they could set. So they could have it so that all of the main missions everyone of them had to be on the server for it to click. However have the smaller quests, bounties and what not be per player. So everyone could be doing different parts of the Thieves guild quest for example or the mages guild. But the main quest lines or the ""important ones"" would have to be done by the party. Another thing it'd need is to really take a very very very damn good look at what the modders here on nexus have accomplished. They beat you, not only did the modders here beat you at your own game, they made ya kinda look like a pussy. Mean don't take that the wrong way, take it as a giant thanks from them. But you can show off too, and we'd love to see it. The game needs to look better just in every way and man real vision and some of those high end EMB's look mighty fine. But it'd have to look just as good and play just as good. The skill tree needs to be more indepth, AI needs to be better. Have looks at mods like Skytests Realistic Predators and Prey, add to the possibilities of all the little creatures and things that go bump in the night, Take a look at all the immersive mods, Frostfall, realistic needs and diseases, Carriages that actually take you on a ride, There's so much that could have been there from the start. Maybe even should have been there. And followers my lord, Sofia for example, People actually love this girl, they care about her, when she gets beat up in a battle we want vengence. I want more of that, I want to actually give a little bit of a s#*! about the characters in the game. Give them depth story, make them loveable, hateable. It'd be just as great to dispise a character. Even if its one you need. But I just want to have that sense of emotion with the game silly as it may sound. Can't forget lights and weather either, Climates of Tamriel and Realistic lighting overhaul look just lovely together, again the creators just slaughtered, Enhanced lights and FX is another just breathtaking light display. Top it off with EMB's and its not even the same game anymore, Its a whole different experience and I want that off the start. Its just something that could be built into it. So it makes it a bit tougher on games, well you know, you can Disable the EMB's here, make it so they can there. And water, its such a little thing but W.A.T.E,R and Realistic Water just look so so much better and it all just feel so much more right that its not even funny. I don't know, I'm mostly just ranting, but I suppose that does sum up at least to some degree what I'd want to see in the next Elder Scrolls game. I really do hope that they actually come here and play with the mods and such and see how far their games come, if they haven't man they're really missing out. No less, suppose thas bout it. I got another post down lower on hte forum asking for some suggestions, so if ya read this and want to help or whatever take a look at it toss me some idea's. If ya made it down this far thanks for readin, Laters -
  10. Ok, so reposting this with a bit of a more direct topic line. Think I destroyed my previous post with a stupid title so this one is more to the point. So below is the list I am currently running and I'm having a few glitches now and then where light is concerned, its almost as if Torches are canceling each other out or light sources are or something. Sometimes lights are working other times they aren't. I figure its some conflict with Light up the Night which by reading over the mods posts there seems to be a number of random issues with the mod. So I'm looking for an alternative there at the very least. I'm also interested in other possibilities for well the rest of the setup really. I know Requiem looks to be a bit more than what i'm after. I'm wondering about possibly Skyrim Redone. From what I read its not quite as compatible as ACE or ASIS but I'm curious if anyone has actually had problems with skyrim redone or if most mods generally speaking work alright with it? Anyways, any thoughts are more than welcome. Even better if they go into why one mod was chosen over another. Skill Tree: Ace - Combat enhancement and perk tweaking Path of Shadows - Tweaks stealth and alchemy tree ((would like to find something that maybe tweaked smithing a bit more and cooking really)) Also using Better Vampires, and Moonlight Tales, for Vampires and well all things Were-related. Combat Side: ASIS - Better AI and such Skytest Realistic Predators - Makes animals eat other animals and such is a lovely mod. Immersive Patrols Immersive Creatures Lighting: Climates of Tamriel Realistic Light Overhaul Light up the Night people have torches. ((I think this mod is causing light issues in towns and while walking by others with torches. Seems too many light sources are causing conflicts maybe?))
  11. Yeah I had the same issue with Interesting NPC's, and its a great mod, my solution was to grab the torrent then after it finished its download which was by far quicker than letting NM download it anyways. Then just add it to NMM afterwards.
  12. That not entirely true, I was running into the same issue awhile back, I found that Boss was actually causing the issue, not NM as strange as that sounds. So if you happen to still be using boss, uninstall it and try upgrading to Loot. Fixed the issue for me, other wise. I'd try downloading the mod manually, then adding it to NM from there.
  13. I love his reply to that, Bump. Wth's bump mean after a question was asked, are you bumping the question to remind yourself to answer it one day? Or are you bumping your own post which might get a bit more attention if anyone knew what exactly you were doing? Basically what we see now is, Hey I'm in highschool, I like zombies, I want to make a zombie game. I want you to build free models and give me textures. Bump.
  14. I thought about boing with Monster mod over Immersive Creatures, I forget the exact reason on why I went one way and not the other. Might have just been a decision based based on the creatures one mod added over the other not sure. I do like the idea of Achieve That, its one i'd overlooked in the past and could be a handy little addition. Have a few of the other mods, I don't even tend to wear two rings even though I have a two ring mod lol. Not sure why guess I'm just not that pimp in skyrim no bling for me. Just my old talos necklace and this cursed thing some Daedra gave me. I've been looking at arrow mods, I saw one that shot little fire arrows that interested me. Though I suppose its little different than enchanting your bow. The idea of shooting little flaming arrows into people or using them for lights is a good idea though I think. Having a light issue on mine still, its most of the reason I'm plotting to redo it all. Everything else I suppose is running fairly well, I do crash once in a blue moon. Not entirely sure on the cause. Happens so rarely that I haven't really bothered to try and sort it, could just be a random crash to some degree where the right things load at the right time which puts me over the memory cap or something who knows. To stay on the lighting subject for a moment, I'm currently pondering my lighting mod, in the past I've used Realistic Light Overhaul, but been pondering on having a look at Enhanced lights and FX, or maybe if someone knows a newer snazzier light mod, Maybe that'd be cool. I think my plot currently is to stick with, ACE, ASIS, Path of Shadows, and Duel Combat Realism. Though I would maybe like to tweak smithing to some degree. Mean ACE does tweak the smithing tree but I think more could be done. Same with cooking and alchemy. (Still poking around for alternatives) I think Requiem seems too much, Skyrim Redone is one i've been thinking about trying instead. I glanced at some new one I forget the name of it. But if anyone knows other options or even has a why they picked something over something else let me know. Be nice to hear the goods and bads from each really. Torches, still don't know if light up the night is my best option there or if there's a well better alternative, I just figure if my ass has to carry a torch to see at night everyone else should too. Is fair after all. Mean some exceptions to the rules ofcourse, but bandits and patrolling soldiers and such. I'm ranting a bit sorry about that.
  15. My goal here is to refine my list of mods that I use, perhaps get some insight as to what mods people prefer over others and why's so on so forth. Maybe even find some mods I hadn't seen before. Mean i've gone through lists over and over. But there could always be something I over looked or mods that just aren't as popular cause they're well new or what have you. So I have some criteria as far as how I want the game to work. NPC's I want them acting more like well me I suppose, I want them carrying torches and fighting whoever they dislike. I want the Vanilla skill / perk system tweaked, as well as perhaps the stones themselves, I never use the mage warrior, or thief stone, they just seem to make the levels on those skills move too fast, then I just wind up switching between the three and leveling entirely too quickly for my liking. On the graphic side I think I know what i'm doing. or a general list of what mods I intend to use. I'll be jotting a generalized list below, it won't have everything I intend to use, just a sort of summary. One of the issues i'm having currently involves lighting. But I'll get to that in a moment. My objective here is to come up with a list of stable mods that I can run that won't screw things up. To which I shall put on my External hard drive so if ever I end up repairing this computer or whatever I still have the mods I like to resetup skyrim. So onto my current setup or a generalized version of it. NOTE: All DLC's + Falaskar, Wyrmstooth (( Though I haven't actually visited either place..) (Also this is a simplified list, there are a number of other smaller mods added as well or texture replacements so on so forth that I generally use)) Combat and skills: Asis, ACE, Duel Combat Realism, and path of shadows Monsters/NPC: Realistic Animals and Predators, Skyrim Immersive Creatures, and Interesting NPC's (With a few standalone Followers Sofia for the win)) Lighting: Realistic Lighting Overhaul, Climates of Tamriel + Weather patch, Light up the night People have Torches, Immersive Spells and light, (( Currently I am having lighting issues revolving around the torches, Sometimes torches don't cast light, other times Fire pits and other things on the walls seem to fail, I believe this might somehow be tied to Light up the Night. So I'm pondering on an alternative to give NPC's Torches.)) Immersive Mods: Frostfall, Realistic Needs and Diseases, Immersive Patrols, Wet and Cold, ((along with most of whats on Frostfalls compatible mods.)) Graphics + Foliage: Skyrim HD 2k Textures, Vivid Landscapes, Towns and Villages Enhanced, Skyrim Flora Overhaul SFO 2dot0 Alpha 2, Unique Grasses and ground cover, Ultimate Lush Overhaul. ((Though I love Towns and Villages Enhanced, some of the candle lights and well street lights seem to be very dim be nice to find a way to fix that)) Armor and Weapon: Immersive Armor and Immersive Weapons, Using A Midian Born textures as well. So Basically I'm just trying to find some possible alternatives to Combat and skills, and perhaps lighting? Or other mods that grant npc's torches that well might be a little less glitchy? Any thoughts appreciated.
