Does this happen even if you reload a save?

I've tried changing my hair by showracemenu but it doesn't work the camera goes back to the ground right after the hair change

My camera, specifically my first person camera, keeps dropping to the floor at random and by floor it made my fp pov into the pov of a 1 cm dwarf, i've tried to setscale but it didn't work because this bug doesn't affect your actual character model since 3rd person cam is perfectly fine if i tried to setscale only the 3rd person player model would change This is what it looks like in 3rd person and 1st person https://imgur.com/a/VTxO9PU I use improved camera sse and when this shrinking bug happened i lost my body model and my arms also dissapeared though i can still shoot arrows. I've looked everywhere but i cant't find anything about this bug except for the undeath lich thing with the xpmsse which doesn't help it for me since that's the third person cam bugging out so basically the opposite of this problem Loading up another saves where this thing isn't happening doesn't work because the camera will still stay like that throughout all saves, this even applies to new games. I found that it will temporarily fix itself if you disable all of your plugins and re-enable all of it again while loading up a save where the camera is still normal This used to happen only once or twice after loading up a quicksave so i just assume it's a corrupted quicksave, but now this camera bug happens more and more frequently to the point where this will happen in the middle of combat or when i was minding my business walking until the shrinking happens This is genuinely making me insane, any help at all will be very much appreciated This is my modlist btw: https://pastebin.com/jSTqfE3q
