The Tale of two wastelands conversion mod adds the laser RCW, along with all of the other fallout new vegas energy weapons. Enclave soldiers will be equipped with them from time to time.

If you're like me, you really liked Elder lyon's robes, got the mesh fix for it, etc. But I was wondering if someone could make a mod that raises the item hp and DR of the robes to somewhere around combat armor. I'd do it myself, but I can't get G.E.C.K to work correctly.
