  1. I added modified those printsreen commands so i can use it.But it douse not work..idk it used to work when i had win xp,win 7 64 buts but on this in7 7 it dose not work?I also have Oblivion on steam..
  2. No,when i export it form 3dx max i select it to export it for Oblivion,and ofc i use a Oblivion vanila armor to replace it..i dount use from te original game base tho..i use to replace with otehr mod armors..can that cause teh problem?

First thing i better explain what i do first.Imake and skin my model in 3d max,export it as a nif and open it,along with another armor in nifskope..i update my armor's TSpaceFlag to 16 and update those 3 arrays down,i copy the nitrishape data and when i try to paste it over the other armor it dose not who paste over option,just paste,and when i do that it tells me "Niff versions differ.Clipboard file is 20.0.05 and current data is 20.04"..when my actual niff version si 20.0.20 or something(the newest).If anyone has a idea pls tell me i wold be very greatfull.
  4. No,i can save teh file as a .dds but it loses its transparancy.I wanna know what settings i ahve to use to save a .dds and to keep its transparency
  5. I'm trying to save a file as a .dds and i wanna keep its transparancy.I tryed to save it as DT 2,3,4,5..but won't work,tehy all make it with solid white bg.So how do i neeed to save it so I can keep it's transparency? Almoast forghot to mention im using Photoshop CS 3,and the addon for dds

I've gotten a bit further but wihtout those expor settings i don't think it will work.Here's whats wrong and what i do I make a simple mesh,i import the outfit.nif(the sleeepwear female).So i remove the sleepware and replace it with my mesh.Also, note when I import it,it's editable mesh with skin modif on it,so i delete the skin and make it editable poly,and add it to smoothing groups 1,than i atach my mesh with this one(so the pivot point remains as it should).Than i skin it,import skeleton.nif(extracted from mesh.bsa from fallout 3) and add the bones.Than here's a screen how i export.Oh yah i select only the mesh and use Export selected. http://i60.servimg.com/u/f60/12/10/52/34/th/pb110.jpg After that i open my mesh and the vanila one.At my mesh i select the NiTRiStrips i want,in one guide it sayed i should click mesh and triangulate,after that i enter it's data and change TSpace Flag to 16 and refresh normal,tangents and bionormals. Than i block-copy the data and i paste it over on the vanila mesh part i want replaced.And here's the problem.The part is positioned way wrong and not complete.I understand its supose to look a bit bad but im worried how it's positioned,maybe the pic can explain better my problem http://i60.servimg.com/u/f60/12/10/52/34/th/pb210.jpg

Been following http://thenexusforums.com/index.php?showtopic=131450&hl= .It's pretty good,xept for the 3d max export...and maybe the pics in general.Can anoyne give me the pics for this tutorial?At elast how to export in 3d max pic pls.CAuse if i select the mesh and export it deafult in Nifskope it is seen as NiTriStrips,and it should be seen as a NiTriShape right?

Can't i simply make a mesh over the body of a existing mesh,lets say body type 3,export what i made over it and add it to that body?Or can't i use the existing skeleton system in fallout 3?From what i saw in most meshes i tred to import in 3d max,ppl dont rig em i tryed to import a model with its skeleton but dose not find it..looked it up in Fallout 3 data and its there...Afterall it seems to much work dor a model you make basicly over anther one.If i wold make my own model and try to import in 3d max yah that i agree i gotta mek it with skin modif and bones.Sorry for tehse questions but i recently saw Malos Custom Clothes Tutorial (Fallout 3) ,all i see he douse is adds something over a existing mesh.Hma lso i wold like to kow if i make a armor over that type 3 body,there are already alot ov verts on it so can i delete the aprts that are covered by teh armor,lets say i make her wear a full body armor that vocers all her body exept for a small aprt of the legs,can't i delete the rest of the mesh and atach the new one over it?

Yah I'm kinda lost.I know how to import -export,also saw a tutorial on belder on how someone imports and creates s cylinder around the model,didn't understand the skinning or wraping stuff..dose he model around the mesh or he uses a modfier like cloth to make it so?And if i do a armor around the mesh,do i still need the verts of that model anymore?I mean can't i delete whats covered so i can save more polygons?

I use 3d max,feels more comfortable for me.I admit the only mod i did was a sword in Oblivion,but now i want something more complex and in Fallout 3.So is there a 3d max tutorial for Fallout 3 armor?Uh plus Im also thinking of making some creatures in Fallout 3 so can someone point me to the right guides?And maybe something more noobish..a gun tutoiral..i wanna see exactly how to break it in pieces for Fallout 3,and curious if i need to animate it myself?Thank you in advance and sorry if this was covered..i recently found teh courage to ask and talk in this forum...so only looked ath frist and second page
