The Nexus has a file called OB Cyrodiil Cell Grid Map. You can see them on the Images tab, but the download has higher resolution versions. -
My favorite "house" is the shack on the Waterfront. It's right in the middle of Cyrodiil and has just enough storage when fully furnished for how I organize my things.
