I heard CK is always crash. Cant really fix that permanently. About those tweaks on your esp, maybe you did something wrong on it that causes infinite loading time. Check out your esp First.

Must be your mods installed or any hotkeys placed. Check your mods. For the hotkeys, I had issue of CTD when I mistakenly placed screenshot hotkey for attack button. When I try to attack, i got CTD. Got it fixed after removing that hotkey.

On nexusmod Site, click files > add a file . Then upload your mod. One by one.

Enable the plugins for DLC. All official plugins, esm, and esp need to be enabled. And/Or, you verify integrity of game cache via steam. After that, run the game.

Yep, i got same setup too. I got dedicated PC for gaming, video editing , and entertainment purposes. I got a "secured/clean" laptop for handling any sensitive stuff such as accessing bank/paying bills/online shopping/tax. I got another laptop and tablets for social media and any other "purposes".

It is best if you just manually install all mods on your PC without internet and NMM. You dont really need NMM/MO as long as you know how to mod generally.
