Your skyrim project optimization esp is outdated, stated in your log.
Is your gaming rig a laptop? If so, Do you use cooling pad for your laptop? Overheat can cause CTD/hanged
Too much mods can cause CTDs.

Dont know about FO4 but... ill give some ideas in hope that you find true solutions to your problem.
Did you save your mod in CK?
Did you restart/relaunch the game To see if that deleted objects were still there or not?

Your problem probably caused by incorrect installation of HDT and XPMSE skeleton.
Your solution probably be reinstallation of HDT and XPMSE and other mods with bounces/jiggles in correct way

From my point of view, Dead space 1 and 2 were good that they dont need mods. Unless they made the main character turn into female and created some skimpy armors. Haha :V Just saying

No clue, dude. Im pretty sure we can die from explosions in real life too.
In all seriousness, it is probably your mods or your character health is way too low to survive the explosions

Your RAM is way too low, but if you want to test to see if your PC can handle it. Check these websites out

Try it loading your save game to see if that mod is working or not.
It should work... in most cases...

-Try running game in normal way and go to whiterun. Maybe something in whiterun is causing you CTD.
-Set VideoMemorySizeMb to 10240
-try disabling one mod at a time and run the game. You may spot the offending mod. (Yeah, tedious)

For me, my gaming addiction started with 3 games: spelling jungle, incredible toon machine, and myth the fallen lords. Those games are awesome when i was a child. I still play incredible toon machine. Too good to let it go.
