    Do you fast travel alone or with several followers? If you have followers, your PC probably can't handle the load. Or Probably one of your mods probably causing CTD.

    Do you have the appropriate textures for the appropriate body/hips mesh? Did you install the textures correctly? If not, follow the proper procedure of installation. Reinstall that mod will probably a good idea.

    I will give you some ideas and hope that you will find the true solution to your problem. -Probably too much mods that your PC can't handle your modded Skyrim. Can you remove some? - missing required latest mods such as SKSE, XPSE skeleton, or HDT (especially for your certain armor or sex mods, I heard) - Check this Reddit troubleshooting guide out. https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/wiki/troubleshooting_guide

    Yeah , you should limit fps to 60 . It may solve your problem. . if you're using ENB , you can check "fps limit 60".

    My tablet died last 2 months ago (maybe around late July when I went to Brazil) and it took my Nexus account with it. Bought 10inch lenovo tablet from eBay for 88USD (sweet deal). forgot my password for My Nexus account. Took me another month to figure out my password. But all good now, I got in. So, I win.

    Go to your skyrim game folder. Look for " SKSE_loader.exe" . Use it to play skyrim. Sorry but once you install scripted mods or any mods that requires SKSE, you cant play/open skyrim through skyrim launcher.

    Try smithing to improve your weapons. You just need adequate skill perks and ore materials to sharpen them.

    I will give you some ideas and hope that you will find true solutions to your problems. Too much mods. Maybe your PC cant handle it. Can you remove some? Eventually, if you removed offending mods, CTD will go away. You can try deactivating/removing high resolution textures Buy more powerful PC and install skyrim and the compatible mods.

    I dont see any major differences between those pictures except weather condition, place, angle of screenshot, and time. Try looking/exploring some more.., around the skyrim area. Not all places are beautiful and eyegasm-inducing. You know those people who made that kind of video, dont typically show all(every) parts/angles of skyrim areas, because there are some parts are just plain and ... not so pretty compared to other surrounding areas.

    Missing certain textures . Probably reinstall of specific mods will resolve your problem.

    See if you can change resolution in skyrim launcher. Click on option. That should change the resolution.
